Melbournians looking for a market with a difference will rejoice at the opening of an undercover market in stylish South Yarra. With stalls stocking fashion and artwork from emerging local talent, plus an eclectic mix of vinyl and vintage, South Yarra Market is set to become a weekend institution.
Located just off Chapel St, is a natural lit warehouse where you’ll find an atmosphere reminiscent of London’s sprawling Spitalfields, here you’ll find stalls full of goods you’ll actually want to buy - no more sifting through trash in search of elusive treasure.
South Yarra Market has been conceived primarily as a venue to support our up and coming local designers, musos and artists, a familiar concept for the energetic young trio behind the new venture.
Kicking off at the highly civilised hour of 12pm, South Yarra Market is just the place to while away your weekends and score yourself a bargain.
